    Fuel mixture screw washer

I'm in the middle of dipping my carbs (BS34) and I'm missing 3 of the fuel mixture screw washers. My real calipers are MIA and all I have is a plastic set to measure. I've come up with the the following measurements.

    My measurements:
    O/D 0.200"
    I/D 0.123"
    Thickness 0.015"
    Mixture screw - 0.117

Closest match I can find on Mcmaster is a #4 Mil spec washer.

McMaster-Carr is the complete source for your plant with over 595,000 products. 98% of products ordered ship from stock and deliver same or next day.

    O/D 0.209"
    I/D 0.115
    Thickness 0.015-0.018"

The Mcmaster washer appears to be to small of an I/D, can someone verify my measurements?
Does anybody know where I could source the correct washer?

    Thank You,
    Dave

It will probably work if it fits in there. All it does is protect the O ring from getting torn up by the spring. Looks like a drill bit to enlarge the hole and it will be fine.

Are you SURE they are missing? I have found that the o-rings and washers like to stay in the carb bodies, and the easiest way to get them out is to use a longer (about 2-3") drywall screw. Just press the point into the hole, give it about 1/8 turn, pull the o-ring and/or washer out.

There you go. I'd bet they're hiding.
