    1981 gs1100 with 1983 gs1100 motor, fuel line questions.

Hello and thanks in advance for any help. I am getting closer and closer to getting my project going. I have had to get keys, battery, connect starter, get header bolts and I tore down carbs and cleaned them. I have it all assembled now with the exception of the fuel/vac lines. I didnt have these to see where they went in the first place. As mentioned in the title my bike is a 81 and my motor is a 83. I can tell you that my petcock has 2 outlets and my carbs have 4. A large one in the middle and one on each side. Then there is a capped one all alone on the front side of carbs. I do have a Clymer but its missing the carb section and i not sure about the whole two different model years that I have going on. Im hoping someone here can advise me on what I need to do and what goes where.

The large one in the middle is for fuel and goes to the larger of the two inlets to the petcock. The lone line on the front of the carb is vacuum and goes to the smaller inlet to the petcock. The two remaining outer connections are vent lines and simply connect to vacuum line that drape over the air box and are uncapped.

Darn, with so many daily riders it's hard to decide which one to jump on next.;)
