    BS needle and seat assembly

Are there alternate sources for the OEM Mikuni needle and seat for the CV carbs? They are $60 each from Suzuki, I don't think that is realistic. I see Sudco has a wide variety but I don't know which one to get. Anyone have a part number or a way to decipher what the options are (2.0. 2.4, etc)? No way I am using K&L.

JetsRUs has a chart that makes it easy to figure out which type of needle valve assembly you have.

Your existing needle valve assembles will have the flow rate # (2.0, etc.) stamped on them.
Shop manual also should have the flow rate info.

You can order from them or maybe save a few more $$ via eBay.

Also, genuine Mikuni parts will have their “square in square” emblem.

Thank you, that helped a lot. I found the 2.0 on the bottom where the filter snaps on after I polished it a bit, also the hole measures 2.0 mm. The jetsRus ones have a Sudco part number, not sure if they are genuine or not. Going with these instead https://www.amazon.com/Mikuni-Needle.../dp/B000TG1EE6 . Much better price than $60. For reference the correct part number is N149.040 2.0
