    Kerker exhaust for what model

I had this Kerker 4-1 exhaust that I got when I bought a bike years ago.
It is in very nice shape. I was originally told it would fit the 850 and other models like the 750 or 1000 8 valve bikes but it does not fit my 78 1000. The exhaust port holes seem too large for this exhaust. Maybe it fits a smaller bike?

I found some numbers but Supertrapp was not able to find any information to let me know what this would fit.

Number 211-063 is on the end of the header and -063 is on the muffler.

I know it is a long shot but I thought I would check. Thanks.

What is the spigot diameter where it goes into the head and what is the spacing between ports?

The Outside Spigot Diameter is about 35.5 mm
The spacing from center of hole to center of hole is as follows:
      1-2 and 3-4 is about 100mm
      2-3 is about 112 mm

I found an old exhaust gasket and it is much smaller. Are the 650 exhaust ports smaller?

Does anyone one know the measurements for the exhaust port for a 650 or 550?

I will be selling this exhaust once I can figure out what model it is for.

Well, it isn't for one of the 16 valve 1100's... My 1100E has a spigot diameter of 46mm. Port spacing on 1-2 and 3-4 is 100mm but the 2-3 gap is 120mm.

Do the two outer cylinder's pipes angle in to the head? On the 550 and 650 the ports are angled out a little bit, maybe 8 or 10 degrees or so.

The 650's ports are a larger diameter than the 550's too.

If it's a 650 pipe I'd like to talk to you about buying it.

Thanks for checking Mark. Must be for a smaller bike.

I will check on the angle. Will get a picture. Do you know if the port size is close to the 35.5 mm?

That is definitely not a gs550 or 650 pipe.

Personally i think it actually goes on a honda but thats just a gut feeling

No, sadly I won't be anywhere near my 650 for a week or two.

How do you know? Measurements? I would just love to find it a home. I bought it with a bunch of Suzuki GS parts. It is frustrating that the company could not identity the number any longer. Thanks.

You know what, rarely do I digress but that might actually be 550 pipe. If so you might have an auction on your hands... Ill get you some numbers within a couple hours, headed to the bikes soon.

Thanks. Be nice to have it go to a good home. I was saving it for years up in my attic.
