In need of parts - 79 suzuki gs550L

I am in need of a fuel shut off valve (petcock?) for a 1979 suzuki gs550L. They don't seem to be available anywhere.

http://www.partzilla.com/parts/searc...ANK/parts.html - I am in need of the Suzuki 44300-45270

Does anyone know where I could find one?

    Thanks

Okay, so I should have looked for your year's model before speaking, I apologize.

However, what is the bolt spacing measurement in MM from center to center on your current petcock?

That's the part number for the 1979 Suzuki GS550E - it has a different tank on it and the petcock is different as well.

Sorry, I was looking at your signature block and not the bike information above; what is the spacing between the bolt holes?

Also Alpha Sports still shows it as available and if you want to look on Ebay, that petcock was used on the 79 750L as well

My bolt spacing is 1 and 3/4 inches or 45 mm.

That is the only website I found that says there is a superseded part number. How the heck do I know if any of these actually fit?

Based on your measurement and a look at the superseded part numbers, this one will fit
