After market exhaust suggestions? Mine has holes.

I've recently found some holes in my exaust. I've tried to fix them then wrap my pipes but my bike doesn't seam to be happy with that and is generally not running well.

    Any idea on a 4 to 1 replacement exhaust for a 1983 GS1100GK?

Also I imagine this leak is causing poor performance right?

DELKEVIC HEADERS. Delkevic motorcycle exhausts are handcrafted from the highest quality materials to enhance your motorcycle in both performance and looks. Suzuki GS1100GLZ (1982-1983). Stainless Steel Down Pipes.

I've used a set of Dunstall mufflers welded onto the stock headers, worked great, sounded almost as quiet as the stock and looked almost stock (if you get the ones that are the same as stock lenght and appearance). I think Dime City cycles has a good representation of what's available but I bought mine for JC Whittney, but they are sold virtually anywhere.

Exhaust pipes are suppose to have holes, how in the world would the exhaust flow if there were no holes?

A 4 into 1 exhaust on a GK may be problematic if you're retaining the rear luggage. Not sure any of the current ones on the market will clear them.

The bike has been stripped of all fairings. It's a more basic racer style bike now. Nothing could be salvaged so I rebuilt her.

Then it's no longer a GK and a V&H or Delkevic should work.

That's what I thought. That being said what's the closest model now a 1100E? I believe it's the same bike without the fairings?

An 1100G is what you have created.

Or some bastardized version. Can't really tell without pics. Basing that on the quote:

That could mean just stripped of luggage or it could mean cut to shreds.

Ya mufflers and proper pods will help that bike run way better. I think those are the cheap EMGO pods which are known to make running poor.
