Choke pic up tube. Its just a pressed in brass tube. A missing restricter at the end isnt a deal breaker so you can VERY SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY dig the part inside the body out and go to a hobby store and get some brass or copper tube that fits in. Seat the new tube and then measure a known good one and cut the replacement tube off at the right height.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

How do I dig the tube out?...and a hobby store like ace hardware or Lowe's or home Depot?

Get a drill the same size as the tube. Ever so carefully drill the piece out. Set the drill motor to a lower speed and get dead center and drill. As in hobby store that sells model ships, remote control planes etc etc. Many model ships use brass tubing for rails and such. Not gonna get anything at a home repair store for it.

EDIT you can squeeze the new tube JUST A TINY BIT OUT OF ROUND before inserting it in the hole to help keep it in there. And I mean just a tiny little pinch is all you need.

I have never thought of Ace Hardware, Lowe's or Home Depot as a "hobby store".
On the other hand, I have seen some smaller rod and tube stock in some stores.

You might need to think more of a radio control cars or planes shop, or something like that.
