    Main jet size.

I have two main jets at 122.5 and two at 120. The book says 115 for the GS850GLT What should I go with? Also have three Pilot air jets at 180 and one at 190, the book says 190. Can i still buy these for this bike?

    Regards
    Pete

If this bike has no kick starter, it's an 1980 model with CV carbs...if yes, then look here

The big question would be: do you have the stock airbox and exhaust?

Just out of curiosity, which carbs had which main jets? Some of the later bikes ('83+ 550 and the 1150) used different-sized jets on the inner carbs, just wondering if that is what someone had applied to your bike.

If you have stock airbox and exhaust, there is no need to go above the stock 115 main jets. Are you "blessed" with ethanol in your petrol? If you are, you might consider 117.5 jets. There are fewer BTUs per volume in ethanol, so it takes a bit more liquid to get the job done. That extra liquid can come in the form of larger jets.

Yes, the jets are still available, but not sure where you might find them locally. One source we have over here is Jets R Us. Not sure if they post internationally, you will have to ask them.

              Try here:

I've not used them myself, but have seen several good reports.
Also, I'll have a look in my box of jets, but I don't think I have any in the sizes you want.

I'd either go back to stock since you have airbox and exhaust in place or go up one step on the mains as Steve suggested for the ethanol. I think you'd be fine at the stock 115s.

No ethanol to worry about here.
