Shoulder size on Dynojet main jets

1982 gs650e carbs bs32ss Has anyone installed the Dynojet main jets with the smaller bearing surface on the washes (not jet size but head size) and if so was there any problem wit holding jets on place.

A bunch of folks have gone this route...are you worried the main jet will drop off?

Yes. Has anyone had good or bad experience with this.

Never with the dyno jets, but I’ve used the small round mikuni jets without issue.

The size of the head won't matter much, as long as you still use the stock washer. THAT is what keeps everything in place.
