Best place to buy carburetor rebuild kits?

Looking around for options on where to buy a rebuild kit for my 81 GS450 carbs. Looks to have the Mikuni BS34SS carburetors. Thanks in advance.

Carb O ring set from cycleorings.com and a can of dip or ultrasonic cleaner.

Have you read the carb cleaning tutorial?

And one CV carb kit will do your set of carbs twice. See page three on Roberts oring site and measure the ID of the intake manifold oring groove and replace those as well when the rack is of the bike.

Yep, the carb kits suck. Do NOT buy them. Expensive and full of shonky imitation parts. That way lies only madness and pain.

Get a set of o-rings from cycleorings.com and follow the instructions...

If you need specific parts like floats, jets, or needles, then make VERY VERY VERY sure you are only getting OEM parts and not imitation crap.

As an aside...wiredgeorge is a sponsor on KZ Rider, or at least he was, and he had a tizzy fit finding fault with my advice to clean the brass and replace O-rings instead of buying aftermarket carb kits. After a couple of different run ins with him he announced that he won't post there anymore. Guess he wants everyone to bow down and worship his greatness.
