Bike won’t run well after reinstalling gas tank

Hi everyone, I have an ‘84 GS550ES. A little while back I took apart the carbs and cleaned all the jets thoroughly. I had the motorcycle hooked up to a tiny fuel cell to test everything out. The bike ran great on the fuel cell, never had any issues starting up and going. But I just reinstalled the fuel tank after draining it and adding fresh gas. The bike starts up, but only on full choke, and the second I touch the throttle it cuts out. Even on full choke, the idle is extremely low. Does anyone have any idea why it’s acting like this? The only real difference between the fuel cell and the gas tank is that I did not have the vacuum line hooked up to the fuel cell, so it was just sitting out in the open.

Check your fuel filter, and check the lines for kinks. Then your petcock, and the fuel cap vent.
