    1981 450L Y-6 needle jet source?

First post, but been following the forums and its resources for a few years now.

I am rebuilding the carbs on my 1981 450L. I busted one of the needle jets during disassembly and have been scouring the internet for a replacement, but came up empty handed. Everything is stock on the bike so it should have the Y-6 needle jet if my research is correct. I was hoping someone here might be able to point me to a source for a replacement or even have extras lying around they would be interested/willing to part with.

I ended up on MikesXS and found these (https://www.mikesxs.net/yamaha-xs650...0-1978-79.html) which I understand would be richer. Does anyone have experience with these jets?

Thanks in advance for any assistance. The forum and all the resources have been such a help keeping this bike running over the years!

No experience with that particular jet, and you won't either, because it won't fit your carb.

I have some Y-4 and Y-7 jets, if you are interested. Personally, I would go with the Y-7, as it is just a bit richer.

Yikes! Glad I checked in here before impulse buying those jets! I will send a PM about your Y-7 stock
