1981 GS250T Method used to fit/remove standard Air Cleaner

Hi guys new to the forum. Restoring a GS that hasn't been on the road for at least ten years. Making good progress and will post pictures eventually. Managed to source an airbox but was wondering the method used to fit it to the bike. Is it by removing the carbs or will in go into its locations with the rear wheel removed?

    Welcome to the site, Rusty.
Have you had a look through the manual?

That and tons more info can be found on Cliff's page.

You need to ask this question in the twins section

Many thanks for that. Have tried the manual only mentions cleaning the air filter and the other link concerns an 850 air box. Will go to the twins section. Thanks
