    carb dip - in australia

    Hi gents,

living in Australia its very hard to get the potions you guys in the USA get - my yamalube is tired, its the water soluble one and i've dipped carbs in it 5times over 3 years.....so I'm looking for something, as i cant find yamalube in stock anywhere at present.

I hope you guys might be able to tell me if this is any good... its cheap at $49 aussie dollars for 5 litres ... not that i am after cheap, but its the only thing i can find with ingredients listed in this sort of size, and a dip not a spray

    - so not many options, however i have found this stuff
Liquid-based industrial-strength throttle body and carby cleaner (5L) that dissolves carburettor deposits inside and out with ease. Cleans small engine and motor parts.

its ingredients are listed as 30-80% acetone, 30-80% toluene, and 20-30% methanol

there is this one too but its only 1000ml and $68 and doesn't say what's in it , but does sound strong in that they say you have to remove seals and membranes http://www.motorex.com/en-us/moto-li...buretor-clean/

your thoughts or other ideas would be greatly appreciated ?

    thanks

Here's what "The good stuff" is made of in case you're interested.

    1980 Yamaha XS1100G (Current bike)
    1982 GS450txz (former bike)
LONG list of previous bikes not listed here.

I identify as a man but according to the label on a box of Stauffers Baked Lasagne I'm actually a family of four

Both of those products look good. Use in a well ventilated area given the strong solvents in the first one.
