Mikuni RS34's on a GS1000G head.

I am currently building up a spare GS1000G head to fit on my 1085 GS1000. what inlet rubbers do i need to accomodate the RS34's? Stock GS1000G rubbers i believe are 42mm spigot size so will they be to big for the 40mm spigot on the 34's or will they tighten up ok?

Is there an alternative rubber that will fit the G head with 40mm spigot size?

I dont have any rubbers at all at the moment, i bought the head with no inlet rubbers on it so i will need to buy some new ones anyway, and i would rather buy some correct ones.

UPDATE; seems i read it wrong when i looked into buying them.
The RS34-D21-K SERIES i have purchased are indeed 42mm spigot size so they fit perfectly in the stock inlet rubbers.

If you are in the UK and thinking of buying a set of these, i purchased a brand new set from a seller in the USA and including shipping and import tax i saved around £300 if i was to buy them from a stockist in the UK. They were delivered to my door in 7 days so superfast delivery too.

Wondering why you went with the 34mm instead of 36mm especially with the 1085 kit?

Yes Steve, it was that vendor i purchased them from, they had a good deal on so thats why i chose them.
I went for the 34's after a lot of research and asking people what their experience is with them. The main consensus was that the 34's would be much better for all round street fun, driveability and fuel consumption.

I am not getting any younger now and rarely go "racing" about and rarely hit WOT so wasn't looking for outright BHP performance.
