I found the install instructions for a 78 CB750 on the SOHC forum. My assumption from looking at this page that the BLACK wire goes to the switched 12 volt source. Am i correct?

I can now confirm black wire is the power to the unit. Red and yellow go to the coils. I have spark on all 4 plugs.MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)
