    Stupid questin ..maybe

So when looking at parts fiches for electrical components theres usually a crossed out part number followed by the new superceded number. So my question is when searching ebay will EITHER part number for said application work or must it be the superceded number only. I ask because the igniter for the GS1000 has more that pop up with the superceded number than the new number.
Many more pop up when searching the 32900-45110 number than the 32900-45120. Im thinking i can use either one...yes?

Yes! You can use either but you will have more hits with the new number.
The most common reason for a superceded number is that the new number either relates to an improved part or that the part is still being produced and also used on newer machines.
