New Coils, no spark at 1 and 4. Narrowed down to CDI (maybe?)

    It's a pair of VM34s, they should close all the way, nearly. Check your throttle cable positioning and tension.

      Thanks Grimly, I looked at ither images of vm34s and noticed they are nearly closed just like you said. Next time i get a chance to fiddle with it ill see how I can adjust the cable. Thanks for the heads up.

        Running seriously lean (which you would with no filters on) would make the idle race like that probably... it doesn't sound like the carbs are setup properly though.
