    GS450L-#1 cyl no spark

After a few weeks waiting for parts & time to refurbish my intake system & do a valve adjustment, the #1 cylinder decides to not fire. I had this problem earlier where it would not fire when cold but after a while (15 minutes or so) it would cough to life and everything would be good.

Now, no matter how much I run it, it will not fire. I've done the following, and am kinda at wits end....

-Valve adjustment (bike starts better than it did before, still takes a couple cranks after sitting for about a week +...not sure if thats normal)
-New plugs - pulled the left one, there is fuel on it, and it looks like it has not fired once (even after running it a few times)
-New intake boots, o-rings, fasteners, clamps
    -Carb clean
    -New air filter
    -Fresh gas w/ seafoam
    -Battery is healthy

I've tested the no spark by pulling the left plug wire while running (no change to running performance) and inserting an older plug (that worked before) into the cap and placing it on the engine block. Nothing.

Like I said, I'm kinda at wits end. The caps don't look corroded, the only thing that worries me is that the coil might have let loose. The bike runs fine on one cylinder, its just that it has no power. Any advice?

Haha sorry for not updating this thread. I found out that if you don't accidentally knock off the ground wire to the coil when you're installing the tank, that you get spark...oops
