    Which Regulator/Rectifier can I use

    As the engine comes up from idle, I have been noticing that the neutral light gets only a bit brighter at 2000 rpm, then reverts to the same brightness that it had at idle. In my troubleshoolting exploits, I have discovered that the R/R unit comes up as infinite resistance on the tests as called for in the manual. I guess it's no good and now am wondering how to proceed... I did search, and got a lot of results, but Suzuki changed the charging system on this bike in 1980, so I am not sure what would work for me. Any help is appreciated.
