Ignition switch gone bad?
I have an 85 GS1150, all stock. Has been running well with no issues. I have not ridden due to knee surgery in past 2 months. Installed a new battery 2 months ago and have started the bike every few weeks. Bike has no juice when key is turned on. Battery has been on trickle charge since Sunday and still no juice. Any ideas? Take the battery in to be tested. If it's that new and shot you might be able to get them to replace it under the limited warranty.Cowboy Up or Quit. - Run Free Lou and Rest in Peace

Start checking every connection and make sure a wire isn't shot.
When you say no juice, do you mean you aren't even getting the basic lights showing up like your oil pressure and neutral lights when you first turn the key on? Or just no power to start the bike?Cowboy Up or Quit. - Run Free Lou and Rest in Peace

I get no lights at all on the instrument cluster. Bike has not moved in 2 months, just started every few weeks.

Have a look at your fuses box maybe the main is blown if not start checking for juice arround the main switch or at connections in the spot.
Good luck.
