Brake Light Swith
I'm helping my buddy restore a 750 and we're not sure which brake switch this thing used... Anyone know which one to get? I see these 2 on Z1; http://www.z1enterprises.com/detail.aspx?ID=3978 http://www.z1enterprises.com/detail.aspx?ID=3977Tags: None

Same switch, different length leads. Get the one that fits your friends bike.Ed
To measure is to know.

Hi,
Knowing the year and model would help narrow down the OEM part number. Once you have that information, finding the right replacement should be easy. There are lots of parts fiches online to look up part number information.
Thank you for your indulgence,

Thanks for the responses, Its a 1978 750, not sure if its an E or not, Im sure the switch is the same for both.
I ordered the longer wire one from Z1, I hope it fits!

Hi,
The switch is sold separately in the OEM fiches.
For the '78 GS750:
37610-53011 = Brake lamp switch
09443-06018 = Spring
Give Z1 a call to ensure fitment. They're good to deal with.
Thank you for your indulgence,
BassCliff
