After searching, for the coil relay mod,I've read both 10 amps and 15 amps for the spade fuse in the in-line fuse holder for the positive line to post "30". I see in my wiring diagram (1100gl) one 15 amp fuse which I think is the main one. I currently have a 10 amp fuse in the in-line fuse holder. Will I be taking any risks by using a 15 amp fuse instead?

The stock ignition fuse is a 10 amp fuse. Partly because it's just a little more than the ignition system draws, partly because that's what the wires will handle. Installing a 15 amp fuse will let that much more current go through the wiring harness before blowing to protect the wires. Some of those wires just might not handle 15 amps.
Many people have the mistaken notion that a fuse is there to protect the device.
WRONG.
It's there to protect the power supply and wiring harness in the event that the device fails.

On a stock bike, the MAIN fuse is 15 amps, all the others are 10.
