looking for an aftermarket fuel gauge

Doing some homework for future mods. Thinking about GSXR gauges and also looking at fuel gauges. I cant seem to find what OHM range the factory guel gauge operates at. Does anybody know this info?

That info was in the shop manual for the 1000 but I dont see it for the 700

There are gauges on JC Whitney for example that say ...
    • Range: Empty=240 Ohm, Full=33 Ohm

Any way to perhaps change some resistors somewhere or something?

KOSO do fuel gauges... From memory mine has two ranges... 500 or 100. I think the 100ohm range was perfect on my 750ES.
