component location question 77 gs750 starter solenoid

Could someone let me know the location of the starter solenoid? Left side panel under the seat?
I am having trouble diagnosing my other issues since I have been kick starting it for all the diag!

I'd like to figure out the starter if I can. Even if I can do a screw driver test and hopefully that will actually start it I'd be fine.

    Thanks
    Harold

Try going here and looking up your year and model bike: http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm. The parts fiches can answer a lot of questions for you or at least give you a start so if you don't like that one check out some of the others listed in your welcome post.

It looks like it might be on the left above the rectifier.

Yep that is it. Guess I'll have to jump it and see if it'll crank from there. It'll save me some kicking on that darn thing!

I must not be firing on all cylinders either since I looked under starter instead of electrical at first.

Found bad connection at ylw/grn wire to the solenoid! fixed!

      Thanks
