stator/reg,rec problem not in stator papers

Thanks Rob, finally some sanity; we have had a couple of members here that think that this is all nonsense and that there is no purpose or reason for dummy load testing.

battery going dead. R/R has .6v and infinit so diode is working. Stator test 90vac from all leads @ 5k rpm. Stator tests no ground short. Phoned tech and we are told the stator and the regulator are good. Again, battery going dead, something is bad.
Do a load test on stator, hey, stator is bad. Problem solved, bat is now charging. Hmmmm.
Might not prove anything but the battery is not going dead after switching out the good stator so I don't care really.
