    82 gs1100gk ignitor wiring

Okay, I have two 4 prong plugs on my ignitor one black one red. I know where the black plug lands. my question is with the red plug. I have 4 wires, a white, a orange w/wht, a black w/white,and a black w/yel. Black w/yel goes to the negative of one coil, white goes to the negative of the other coil. The orange with white splits into 3 wires, two of them leading to the positive of the coils and than the other leg going ???? And then there is the black w/wht where does it go??? For those reading this I am building a new extremly simplified wiring harness, and dont understand what the two wires function or destinations are.

The White and the Black/Yellow go to the two coils.
The Orange/White wire is the switched power from a fuse that feeds both the coils and the ignitor, via the kill switch (and also used by the start button) when ignition is on.
The Black/White is the ground for the ignitor. It is a tail from the common Black/White running the length of the harness from the battery.

    Hope this helps you.

okay So I just need to feed 12v to the coil and ignitor on that wire from a switch, and by killing that power kills thr bike?

You have it and the starter button is after the kill switch using the same power line.

this is about as simplified as you want it.
