anyone converted their fuse box to spade type fuses? they are more readily available here in the UK and should make for a smaller compact fuse box

Yea just finished! Very easy mod. Unbolt the fuse box pop the back off and the rest is easy. -

I've seen a couple on here do it and post with pic's and details, but searching is not bringing them to the light of day currently...

Agemax, I used a fusebox from an 82 GS1100 which is spade type.
The conversion was pretty easy and these can be had for cheap too

top mod i reckon for £10, keeping the original plug too. still toying with fitting a new plug and brand new spade connectors, then i know all connections will be like new1978 GS1085.
