    Brake light dims above idle

Is this normal? I noticed that when I rev the ol girl up my brake light dims. It doesn't go out, but it dims. As I let of the throttle it lights up as if I touched the brakes. Actually applying brakes doesn't cause it to light any brighter. I got to wondering if this a standard feature to let people know that you are letting off the throttle even if you don't brake? Or do I have a small electrical issue here?

I think your switch is off a tad. Do some troubleshooting by first unplugging the rear brake. If it goes out then you have an issue there. If it doesn't, you'll need to fiddle with the front brake switch by loosening the screws and sliding the switch until the light goes out. Test by squeezing the handle to see if it comes back on and off correctly. Tighten down the screws.

I think you're right Cowboy. I didn't get to mess with it much today, but when I pushed the brake lever forward it would act right. I'll get to adjusting that switch in the next few days. Thanks a lot.
