    signals don't work right

    i have a 1980 gs1000 and the left blinker is not working right, and it also seems that all my rear lights flash with the right blinker! so somethings wrong and the local cops in my town keep giving me fix-it tickets but i can't figure it out! help me if you can! thanks in advance!

    Hi Mr. rocko9290,

    Check a wiring diagram (CLICK HERE for a wiring diagram and the service manual is available on my little website) and go through a process of elimination. If you are still using the stock flasher (turn signal relay) then you need to make sure you are using the proper bulbs. The stock wiring wants to see a specific load in order for the blinkers to work properly.
