    Update

    OK did the carb sync this weekend. I also raised the needle 2 settings and the bike is running way better. I am having an issue at low rpm now, just starting off. It runs a little rough and has no power until 2-3k rpm. After that it's great. Question, does my fuel mixture screw (the one on the bottom) affect low rpm? It's set to 2 turns now with the stage 3 kit.
    This is where I am at now.

    Stage 3 kit...
    Pods
    4 into 1
    Mains= 142
    Pilot Jet=? stock from the K&L kit
    Air Screw (the one on top) = 1.5
    Fuel screw (on bottom) = 2
    Needles are set to groove 4 (after trying 2 and 3)

    Thanks, Kevin

      Yes..The bottom one effect from idle to roughly 1/4 throttle open.. And are you sure the little hole in the pick up tubes are all clear??? Pick up tubes are the little fixed tubes sticking down into the bowls.

      I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

        The only one is the choke tubes and they are clear. The bleeder pilot jets are new, so they should be OK and the starter jets were clear. I could have got some crap in them from the first run?
