Wiring the Upgrade R/R GS1150 Question

I have read the posts here and everywhere about replacing/upgrading the R/R on my GS1150. I have the Shindengen SH541-12 12V to install.
I need to know proper connection for the 5 wires..(2)R/W, (2) Gr, (1) Bk from the replacement R/R, besides the 3 (yellow) stator wires.
The old R/R has (3) Yellow stator wires, (1) Red, (1) Black..

I have confused myself with the (seemingly) extra wires on the new R/R. Thanks in advance for any clarification.

    Just cut off any extras.

Or wire like this: (I was kidding before)
The two green wires are for ground. I would wire one to the frame and the other to the battery.
The two R/W are the 12V output. Either go back into the harness (adequate solution) or wire them straight to the battery with a 20Amp in-line fuse (best solution).
The black is called a sense wire. It needs to go to something that gets 12V when the key is on (also called a switched wire). The taillight wire is popular.
