    loop wire

I just connected the stator wires to the input RR wires .I have two wires from the wiring harness R/W & W/G unconnected .I taped these two wires so no contact would be made from frame . I looked for a looped wire going to the handlebars by taking apart housing for the signal lights and high and low beam headlight with no sucess. I did find a R/W wire loop in the headlight housing,is this the wire to cut .
    I"m working on a 82 Suzuki GS750 E .

No you should be good now that you left those two disconnected. You can actually connect them to each other back by the R/R if you want.
