There is no "interlock" switch, but there is a "safety" switch on the clutch handle pivot.
You looking to replace it or bypass it?

Last year I went to start my bike, all the lights came on and functioned but the start button did nothing. So I just rewired and relocated the ignition, because I could not find the cause. But since I have my bike apart and the loom completely removed I am wiring back in original ignition, so i figure now is the time to figure out the starting button issue, and looking at wiring diagram I had no idea what the starter inter-lock switch was. And the safety switch on the clutch handle was removed when I got the bike.

If the switch is already removed, make sure the yellow wires with a green stripe that are in the headlight bucket are plugged into each other. They will have bullet connectors of opposite gender, so it is very easy to do.

I noticed today when removing the loom, that those exact wires were not connected. Wiring diagram looks like they should be, I may have disconnected them accidentally when I was working on my bike last year when this happened and never noticed they were not connected, hope that's all that is wrong. Thanks
