Those ohm readings with stator unplugged look reasonable-it's difficult to get decent contact of probes on wire leads at these low ohms. Ignore the reading with stator plugged into R/R- means little.
When you do the AC output test ( 4k/5k rpm stator lead to stator lead and stator disconnected from R/R) your meter has to be set for AC voltage- try meter on house wiring to be sure it's set right.

Stator Test results, now that I'm using AC

        _______| 5000K | IDLE |
        ---------------------------
        BW-RW | 88 v | 22 v |
        ---------------------------
        RW - Y | 90 v | 23 v |
        ---------------------------
        BW - Y | 88 v | 23 v |
        ---------------------------

So the Stator is looking healthy, from what I'm reading. Opinions?

          Also tested the R/R Output.

Disconnected the red output from the R/R, set the (-) ground to the ground point the R/R used. Then the (+) probe on the R/R output.

Registered 2.5v at idle and 3.5v at 5000 rpm.

Hooray for stator. I'd use your current R/R as an xmas ornament- maybe serviceable with decent connections, but why bother- get a used Shindengen (see Basscliff's list) for $20 off ebay or junkyard and make required wiring upgardes to improve the whole system.
