still no spark !

still no spark !
just installed a new hyperpak igniter still no spark. motor turns over freely. all lights work. clutch switch, side stand switch all by-passed. took a plug out and grounded it to head no spark.pick up wires look good. any ideas ? thanks!!Tags: None

pappyt enter the user CP in the link in the upper left of the screen.
You can add a signature file in there to help folks know your bike and any other details you wish to make readily known.

all fuses tested good. got 12 volts at the coils.time to go thru the wiring harness i guess. seems like it sparked a couple of times. maybe the pickups. thanks to all.

Assuming the the Hyperpak uses the OEM pulsar coils there is a test you can perform.
Its in the manual that is available on the Basscliff website.
The measure is for coil resistance.
