      2 things come to mind.

      1. replace the red wire that goes from your main fuse to the ignition switch with something larger.

      You might notice your headlight dim a bid if you hit the brake. Not anymore with this one. It helps when you load up the electrical system and boosts the available power to the coils and ignitor by eliminating a potential voltage drop from that small main red wire.

      2. follow the orange wire from the Off/run switch, It travels about 16 feet before coming back up the harness to the ignitor and coils.
      Lots of voltage drop here when its under load.

      You can find one orange wire going down and the one coming back up and add a splice between the two so there isn't such a large voltage drop.


      Did that to mine and have 12.25 at the battery with the key on and 11.90 at the coils with everything on.

      Or just do the coil relay mod
