ok, check the ground wire on the starter solenoid is good. then disconnect the yellow/green wire on the solenoid and touch it on battery positive,(you may need to use a longer bit of cable to reach). if the starter spins then the solenoid is good.
check your ignition switch connection is good then check the wires to and from the r/h bar switch where the kill switch and starter button is.

There's one in the factory service manual, which you can find at BassCliff's site. Here's a direct link to the manual - you'll have to go to the back to find your model. Also, check your PMs.

Look for a nipple on carb #2.

ok so i ended up finding it at the front top of carb #2, but i get it all back together and it turns over weak, but if i jump over the solenoid it turns over fast and fine, but its not firing, it does have spark but not trying to run, i didnt get a couple of pretty loud pops out the exhaust i guess from loading up, this bike has been a complete nightmare........

So it's a slow crank with the button but fast if you jump the big terminals on the solenoid? That certainly sounds like a solenoid that's going to me. I hear some of the lawn tractor ones are a perfect fit and really cheap.

Is it backfiring or no? Sounds like your timing might be off. Look at my pic in the earlier post. You can probably get pretty close by eye. See how the bottom edge of the left pickup, if you extend it, cuts through the top of the screw in the lower left. The Dyna should have included a static timing procedure.

Sorry that should of said I DID get a couple of loud pops out the exhaust. That was after several times of turning it over.

i think you will find the nipple for the vacuum tube is on carb no.3. if you have left that open that will cause your popping and lack of starting.
you may want to put your battery on charge for a while, all that messing and cranking may have drained it a bit, causing your slow cranking.
check ALL those ground wires are good and tight, and CLEAN
