    stator volts

Doing the stator paper test on 80' 850, (having problems with r/r) got about 90 volts on each stator wire test at 5000 rpms. Is this too much or is this good that it's this high? Just replaced the stator last year. terrylee

Getting 90 volts AC at 5k between the phases is good. I'm not sure all multimeters are really accurate in the 400 hz range- try another meter if you're concerned.

I'd call it good and switch focus to the wiring and R/R.
