DYNA coils is the ones you need, try ebay or search on line for a DYNA stockist.
it would be a good idea to upgrade to the DYNA S ignition as well.

Just remember, an opinion without 3.14 is just an onion!

How would this improve the bike? The bike runs great now. I do not know much about this yet?

what makes you think you need them? they will provide a much better spark than stock coils and together with the DYNA ignition you will have a much better and reliable ignition system.

DYNA on google, brings up their website, which then shows a list of stockists.....

Ebay always has them for sale as well, probably cheaper than a stockist.

I have a 31 year old bike and I read it might be good idea to upgrade. I did not do a test on my old ones. Would the performance improve over stock functional coils?

i doubt you will see any noticeable performance difference although you should find better starting and maybe a tiny bit better fuel consumption.
if your system is in good working order then it is a lot of money to spend that you could put towards something else more important or nessecary.

general rule is that if it is working ok then it should test ok. you can improve its performance and reliability by replacing or cleaning all the connections in the ignition circuit and making sure they are all a good, water tight fit.

For a stock engine, I would agree. A coil relay mod would probably be adequate but check the voltage drop to the coils to confirm.

I will look up coil relay mod. Is that just swaping out a part?

its an easy mod to do, you just need a automotive relay and some cable and connectors. worth doing if you test out your system and you have less than full battery voltage to your coils.
