I want to replace a couple of inline electrical connectors on my bike. In some thread on this forum, Posplayer or Nessim (I think??) detailed some online vendors that offer high quality electrical connectors. Of course, when I'm looking for their posts I can't find it! Maybe someone can remember the posts or point me in the direction of an online vendor that offers high quality electrical connectors. Thanks in advance for the help!

Z1 Enterprises sells some stuff, too - not sure if they'll fit with OEM connectors or not. -

I guess there are plenty of them. I was going to order quite a bit from this one. I like his selection on terminals and heat shrink as well as the open barrel crimper tutorials and selection.

The red power "out" wire coming off of the R/R (mine is an Electrosport if it makes any difference) ... what gauge size wire do you think that is ... 14?? ... 16?? Assuming a healthy battery and charging system, what do you think the peak amperage through that wire might be??Comment

The largest stock wire going into your fuse box is 16 AWG with the rest 18 AWG. The is no need to run anything bigger than 14 AWG from the R/R and battery.Originally posted by Homie View Post
average numbers are what matter. There can be spikes when things turn on but most loads are 5 amps and only peak top 10 amps. With headlamps and brakes blinker yuo can spike to 17 amps but settle at 9 amps.

Corsa-Technic carries a lot of motorcycle connectors, is reasonably priced and has super-fast shipping. No minimum order.
Jim at Eastern Beaver is great guy, has super service and good prices - but if I need a one-off super-quick, Corsa is great!Comment
