Solved!!
Turns out it was the coupler with the 2-3 Coil from the ignitor.
When I cleaned it it got even looser. So remained constant missing.
When I put side pressure on it the rpm would increase and disappear.
To permanently resolve I put several loose thin copper wires into the female coupler. That made it tight again. Did this for both coils to avoid issues in future.
Just got back from a 45 minute ride. No issues.
So if it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck it's probably a Duck.
