    Wiring Questions (Relays, wires etc)

I'm rewiring my bike at the moment, about 70% is new wiring and the rest is existing (igniter harness for example) iv'e ran into some issues and would like to consult you guys.
    1. Are there any tips for tiding the wiring and making it neat? i'm trying but somehow everything always ends up like "Spaghetti"
    2. relays- should the "Power" come directly from the battery or from a switched fuse (am i'm loosing the point for using a relay like this?)
    3. some of wires in the ignitor harness are little week near the connector - is there a way to pull them out, remove the week part and re attach them inside?

    Thanks
    Eran

I added a picture to be more clear

    hi,eran_k.
Everything has to be appropriately fused,so adding relays means more fuses.
here's the link to Matchless's pdf about relay mods in case you don't have it aleady.

as to "tidy",Your picture doesn't look so bad! Just routing "logically-similar" wires together and following the frame is half the battle.proper Lengths of these logically similar wires are a big part of it ...I think you should just keep doing what you are apparently doing, with pull ties, maybe gathering them tighter to the frame so they don't vibrate and chafe.... until I was confident enough to wrap a harness with electrical tapeor, There's a plastic "corrugated" conduit stuff split along it's length available but if you can't find it there, (or from a car-wreckers stripped from a wreck? or auto supply maybe) just making some, splitting some thin hose, can help keep the stuff together and stop it wobbling and chafing over time.

Most of the connectors have lugs/tabs that can be removed and replaced but you'd have to show which one.you are looking at. If you look real close, you can see howthey are held in and can be removed by working a stiff wire or jewellers screw-driver in beside to unlock em....

..not sure if auto parts stores have replacement tabs/lugs for these but electronic part stores/suppliers should.
