I have a 160mph speedo and tach from a yamaha. I didnt look to see which one it was. It was an older inline 4 cylinder. I was wondering if it would work on a gs650?

I didnt know if yamaha had different ratio than a suzuki. I know it will fit and can be wired up to work. I was worried about speed being off.Comment

All older metric bikes have the same speedo ratio of 2240:60 or whatever it is. You'll be good.Comment

What determined the gear ratio is on the wheel.
