    Battery Leads Gauge??

Anyone know what gauge wire is used on the battery leads on the GS450? I was going to go with the OEM leads, but I can get wire really cheap and I figured I would just cut my own.

If you are talking about the three wires that run toward the starter, I would suggest at least an 8ga, if not a 6ga.

    Those three wires are:
    1. battery + to solenoid
    2. solenoid to starter
    3. engine case to battery -

For those who don't have their own cheap source of wires, you can usually find some generic battery cables at your favorite auto parts store rather inexpensively.
