      LOL. I can see why you might have been confused.
      Your fuse box performs an electrical function of safeguarding parts of your electrical components, via the wiring harness. If you wish to see what components are hooked up via the wiring harness, you have to perform the laborious task of tracing the wires.
      "IF" your fuse box is the same as my 83 GS1100E (possible, even likely, but IDK for certain) the top fuse is the main fuse. It should be 15A. The bottom fuse is Accessories, and it should be 10A.
      If you have, or can find, a wiring diagram for your particular model, you can more easily trace what is connected to these fuses via the wiring harness.
