Wire feeding the fuse box and the ignition fuse getting hot

I got it running finally,poorly right now. I had crossed two wires. It is smoking white smoke and when you hit the throttle it sounds okay, but then it hangs, then just start going faster. All by itself? I'm guessing running a bit lean? out of time?any ideas?

Well I think I got it fixed? It does not smoke, timing set,I set it at the line before the t? It had an f also. I read up a little and someone said to check the 2-3 side also. It was a little bit off. The bike seems like it has a lot more heat coming off of it? Its been a month since I rode it.I am heading out on a ride in a minute. I had to turn the idle down, it hangs just a bit now. Maybe it will work better after a ride. I had to re-adjust the throttle cable also.I replaced it and put the dyna s on plus pulled the carbs to check the float height. I think I got the air fuel mix close? they are around 2-1/2 turns out. I may have to start a thread in the carb section tomorrow?

I just got back from the ride runs great just throttle hanging a bit. Note to self and anyone else- Dont get in a big hurry to go for a ride and not check the bike out, especially the tire pressure...
