82 suzuki gs300l cdi box bad

I'm new here and cant find cdi box anywhere except ebay for $300 which isnt guaranteed to work. Can I switch it to points? If so does someone here know how? Also, could I use the dynatek system? Again if so does anyone know how? I know it's the cdi box because ricepaddy tested the coils and they were good. When I push on the cdi box rpms increase like both cylinders firing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, otherwise I think I'll part it out.

The Dyna needs a mechanical advancer- your bike has ignition advancer built into ignitor unit. If pushing on ignitor box seems to get both coils firing, check the connections from signal coils, though it sounds like it's internal to ignitor.could be broken connection just inside box, do you like electronic diddling?
300 bucks for no guarantee is ludicrous.
