OK this may has been addressed before and I simply missed it, I'm looking for help with a 2000 GS500e.The bike was running good and then suddenly lost all electrical,it was like some one turn it off no lights nothing working. It has a new battery and the connections are clean and tight and has a charge . I'm new to working on bike and having trouble finding a fuse box and all input will be help full. thank you in advances

Remove the seat and you should be able to find the general location of the fusebox, it may be under one of the side panels. It also may have a cover on it as well. If you lost all electrical, you may have a breaker, if so, try pushing the red button in until it clicks to reset it and check for power. -
Everything I have found with google points to a single 20A fuse under one of the sidecovers. I will try to find a picture.Comment

Yeah, looks like one 20 amp fuse. Here's a wiring diagram , note the fuse position
