Note: Kill switch only "kills" the ignition circuit (which includes the starter solenoid). Headlight, and instruments not effected.

    Trevor99,

Would be best to troubleshoot this "no power anywhere" with a voltmeter or at least some test lamp/probe.

If you know battery is dead, well, that is a problem #1 to deal with.
Do you have a charger to charge the battery (2 amp or less, especially if going to leave it on for more than a couple hours)?
Or you trying to get bike started to charge the battery?

You say even when use jumper cables the bike is still no power.
Well, either you don't have good connection with jumper cables (assuming other battery is good), or there is another problem, Problem #2, to deal with. This will be best tracked down using a meter (or test probe light), to find where you have it and where you don't, and where you loose it.

My battery is boiled out and so, I'm charging it more on the bench. Funny things is when I turn on the key to my bike, nothing happens. I have done a search and nothing comes up. Has anybody ever run into this?

Tried to start my car the other day. Couldn't find the key so I just stepped on the gas and turned the wheel but no go. Any clue as to why?

Did you check the spare.tire to make sure it has enough air?
